1 – Purpose 

These Terms and Conditions govern the various services offered by Françaisie.’It includes lessons and subscriptions to the services offered on the website. françaisie.com.  

2 – Billing and Payment Terms 

Billing and payment terms comply with European Union legislation. 

• Lesson Services
  In accordance with European Union legislation, the customer has a 14-day right of withdrawal’. 

If the customer wishes to obtain a refund, they must contact the lesson service and inform us’of their decision’to cancel their purchase. francaisie@francaisie.com The customer must submit their request within 14 days of the purchase.  

The company Françaisie will refund the full amount paid within 14 days of receiving the request. 

• L’offre d’Website Service Subscriptions françaisie.com 

In accordance with European Union legislation, the customer has no right of withdrawal for online digital content. Françaisie recommends choosing the one-month subscription’when making’a first purchase.

Privacy and Data Protection 

The company Françaisie and the customer’mutually undertake to keep confidential any information and documents, regardless of their form or nature’exécution de la prestation ou à l’economic, technical, commercial, or otherwise), to which they may have had access during exchanges prior’to the conclusion of the purchase. 

4 – Privacy Rights and Personal Data 

Personal data is collected by Françaisie in order to respond to the customer’s requests and to keep them informed about Françaisie’s services and offers.  

Personal information is not shared with third parties.’In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR),’the customer may, at any time,’exercise their right to access, rectify, or delete the personal data collected by Françaisie.

5 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction 

These Terms and Conditions are governed by European Union law. In the event of a dispute arising between the customer and Françaisie’occasion de l’in connection with the performance of this agreement, the parties shall seek an amicable settlement.’Failing such a settlement, the dispute shall fall within the jurisdiction of the courts of Prague (Czech Republic).

1 – Účel 

Níže popsané všeobecné obchodní podmínky se týkají služeb nabízených společností Françaisie. Jedná se o poskytování jazykových kurzů a předplatného na služby webové stránky www.françaisie.com. 

2 – Fakturace a platební podmínky 

Fakturace a platební podmínky jsou v souladu s evropským právem. 

• Nákup jazykových kurzů 

V souladu s evropským právem má zákazník právo na odstoupení od smlouvy ve lhůtě do 14 dnů. 

Pokud si zákazník přeje, aby mu byla částka za nákup vrácena, musí informovat společnost Françaisie o svém přání zrušit zakoupený jazykový kurz, a to na e-mailové adrese francaisie@francaisie.com. Zákazník musí podat žádost do 14 dnů od nákupu služby. Společnost Françaisie následně zákazníkovi vrátí zaplacenou částku do 14 dnů od obdržení jeho žádosti zaslané na výše uvedený e-mail. 

• Nákup předplatného služeb webu www.françaisie.com 

V souladu s evropským právem nemá zákazník právo na odstoupení od smlouvy (digitální obsah online). Společnost Françaisie doporučuje, aby si lidé při prvním nákupu pořídili měsíční předplatné.

3 – Důvěrnost 

Společnost Françaisie, a zákazník recipročně, se zavazují zachovávat mlčenlivost o informacích a dokumentech, bez ohledu na jejich formu a povahu (ekonomické, technické, obchodní…), ke kterým mohli mít přístup v rámci provádění služby nebo při výměně informací před uzavřením koupě. 

4 – Informace o ochraně osobních údajů 

Osobní údaje jsou shromažďovány společností Françaisie za účelem zajištění odpovědí na dotazy zákazníka a jeho informování o nabídkách služeb Françaisie.  

Osobní údaje nejsou předávány třetím stranám.  

V souladu s nařízením Evropského parlamentu a Rady (EU) 2016/679 ze dne 27. dubna 2016 o ochraně fyzických osob v souvislosti se zpracováním osobních údajů a o volném pohybu těchto údajů a o zrušení směrnice 95/46/ES (obecné nařízení o ochraně osobních údajů) má zákazník možnost kdykoli uplatnit právo na přístup, opravu nebo výmaz údajů, které společnost Françaisie o něm shromáždila. 

Pro uplatnění kteréhokoli z těchto práv je třeba zaslat písemnou žádost na adresu Sébastien Boschat, Proutěná 378/18, 149 00 Praha 4 – Újezd u Průhonic, Česká republika, nebo e-mailem (francaisie@francaisie.com). 

5 – Rozhodné právo – určení příslušnosti 

Tyto VOP se řídí evropským právem. V případě sporu, který vznikne mezi zákazníkem a společností Françaisie během plnění smlouvy, bude hledáno smírné řešení. Pokud se tak nestane, bude příslušným soudem soud v Praze (Česká republika).
